Previous years It would be nice to see who worked on specific holidays the years before. To make it fairer for the whole team that people rotate. All holidays Or have a quick way to see how many official holidays people are working. to get a good distribution amongst the team throughout the year. Either way, track who has worked holidays

To make everything between employer and employee transparent, monitoring employees like (idle time etc) can really ensure they are working and not pretending. If you can implement this feature, many hubstaff users will go to you! Please seriously consider.

I want to see how many total days/hours I got approved for the year I have the approved leave (same categories). Also, I want to see how many other people are on leave overlapping with my leave (based on user group filter if possible).

The Workload view always starts at midnight, when most businesses have nothing scheduled. As a user I'd like to set daily limits to the amount of hours a user can be scheduled. Some countries (looking at you, Germany!) have very specific laws in place that govern how much people are allowed to work any given day. It'd be great if Soon warned that someone is about to be scheduled for more than the allowed daily worktime, ideally with the option of a) a soft limit where users are accruing overtime if exceeded that can then be taken as leave and b) a hard cap on daily working hours that prevent someone from being scheduled at all if those limits are hit. (Example: in Germany there is a 8 hour daily limit for regular worktime. More is overtime that has to be taken as leave but there is a 10h/day hard limit that must be adhered to at all times (exceptions apply that could be administered on a per person basis).

As a Project Manager I need to have vision of my resources for all the boards in one view.Right now I have to switch from one board to another and put the tasks together on another software.That would be the ultimate feature

It is good what this app actually does allowing each team member to have a say on the organization of the working schedule. In addition to that it would be good to have to track how many “planned” hours have been converted into “real” worked hours. A time tracking option could be a good addition. And also showing the resulting data in a simple dashboard, that ideally shows as well how more hours, make better accomplishment of other key company objectives, and what is the correlation.

Allow team members to see all Leave Requests so they know that a request is already pending/approved for that time. Best view would be in a calendar view but a list view can work as well based on date selection.

Check for leave and shift overlaps when applying the week template. People that have approved leave or already have been scheduled or have overlapping shifts for a day should be removed from the week template (ask planner for option).

Zapier

A (week) view in which you can edit an existing week template. For updating week templates continuously over time, one now has to apply the template in a random week, make changes and then save again (and delete the former template name).Would be nice if there is a stand-alone editing mode for templates.
