Leave and shift detector when applying week template

Check for leave and shift overlaps when applying the week template. People that have approved leave or already have been scheduled or have overlapping shifts for a day should be removed from the week template (ask planner for option).

    Just ran into this issue for the first time; I agree that it makes sense to implement, because otherwise Leave works only in one direction (schedule first, leave second) and it doesn't work in the other (leave first, schedule second). Considering the time savings, I would expect most Soon users utilize templates.
