It is good what this app actually does allowing each team member to have a say on the organization of the working schedule.

In addition to that it would be good to have to track how many “planned” hours have been converted into “real” worked hours.

A time tracking option could be a good addition. And also showing the resulting data in a simple dashboard, that ideally shows as well how more hours, make better accomplishment of other key company objectives, and what is the correlation.
