"Users by Board" Option for Leave Management

Currently, Leave is a team-wide feature in Soon, and a board is not specifically needed for leave management to work. However, it would be beneficial to have a "Users by Board" option that would allow users to be grouped together based on the boards they are visible on. These groups would only consist of users who are set to "Visible" on a particular board.

While it's important to note that users can be on different boards, having this feature would reduce the need to manage user groups separately for leave management purposes. However, we acknowledge that there may be some confusion in cases where a user should be visible on multiple boards, and each board has its own leave manager.
