Role management

- Add for which boards the roles are enabled (all boards or only specific boards). When disabled for a specific board, keep the applied roles on that board in place (don't remove them). It's just not possible to select that role anymore when it's disabled for that specific board (so it won't be visible in the role selector, keeping it clean).
