Notification for user availability + setting to turn this off or on.

As a boardowner / teamleader, it would be helpful to receive a notification when a teammember (board user) inputs their availability via My Schedule. I have a small team, with volunteers who choose when they want to roster themselves - both the day and the hours. To have them indicate their availability and for me to receive a notification of this would be immensely helpfull. I understand that for teams of 100s of people, this would create 100s of notifications. That is why the request is also about a setting to turn this on or off so people can choose based on their need.
