Event Availability Setting (Free/Busy)

With the Event Availability Setting, we are giving you more control over how your events appear in synced calendars like Outlook and Google.

By default, all events in Soon are set to "busy," aligned with the activity types. However, based on valuable feedback from our users, we have developed a customizable option. Soon administrators will soon have the ability to change the event status to "free" to accommodate specific use cases where it is more suitable for events synced from Soon to be displayed as "free" in Outlook/Google Calendar.

This new setting ensures that when your events are synchronized with Outlook and/or Google Calendar, they accurately reflect your desired availability. While events will continue to be set as "busy" by default, this customization will empower you to show them as "free" in the connected calendar whenever needed.
