Board edit mode enhancements

Experience faster and more efficient scheduling with our improved Board Edit Mode.

With these new updates, you'll have the power to:

  • Add users to events

  • Remove users from events

  • Update user unpaid break time

  • Navigate between weeks

  • Utilize the filter bar and day view for better organization

  • Monitor real-time hours in the Hours panel while editing

    Why can I not use this feature to also bulk delete multiple shifts? I have given a feature request for this.

      Hi Jani,

      Thanks for your feedback!

      You can already do this by selecting Clear All Events under More options on the Board.

      If you only want to delete certain shifts, you can first filter the Board. Clear All Events will then delete only the shifts currently visible for that week.

      We’re also working on a much more powerful bulk edit feature, which will include this functionality as well. Coming soon!

        Hi Alessandro,

        YEs, I just found this feature “clear all events” this week after sending this request. I am awaiting the new bulk edit options. So far, Soon has been intuitive to implement AND understand by my team so well done by all at Soon.
