BambooHR: Leave integration

When time-off is approved in BambooHR it should also create an approved leave in Soon.

This would cover the most common use-case where BambooHR is the source of truth for time-off management.

Additional

The integration could be more sophisticated by also showing Time-Off (Leave in Soon) while they are not yet approved. It could even be possible to approve the request from Soon, then update the Time Off Request Status in Bamboo.
